Decolonisation Workshop: Language of tea for facilitators Session 2

As a person who shares or facilitate tea in an intentional manner, the key to challenge the influences of colonisation in tea is to facilitate a safe, fluid and welcoming space for the participant(s) to experience tea themselves, and to encourage them to explore freely and express their experiences that are meaningful to them.

In this 2 hours workshop we will explore:

How to clarify and apply your intention when facilitating tea. (Session 1 - Demo 1, Exercise 1)

How to listen better. (Session 2 - Demo 2, Exercise 2)

Becoming aware for your tools and boundaries for facilitating. (Session 3 - Demo 3, Exercise 3)

Vocabulary: from restoration to re-story-ation. (Session 4 - Demo 4, Exercise 4)

How to measure the outcomes and what's next? (Session 5 - Demon 5 + discussion)

23th May 16:00 - 18:00 BST Session 2
