Since 2019, Liu Rui and her mother Professor Wang Jian Fang have worked with key members in Guizhou tea community to translate this illustrated book on Guizhou Brewing to English. We’re honored to announce the completion and availability of this beautiful resource. In the style of prose, this book integrates tea knowledge, cultivation, making, and tasting.
Complemented with beautiful illustrations, it introduces an overview of Guizhou brewing, its development and history, and the significance Guizhou brewing holds.
Since 2007, the tea industry in Guizhou has developed through Guizhou raw materials, manufacturing, brand, and brewing methods. Guizhou strives for the right to speak in the national and global tea industry.
