This new 2024 batch was made with cherry blossoms from the ancient tea trees in Pan Yin Mountain. Our seasonal flower-diffused tea was made the traditional way without flavour enhancement additives or industrial heating, resulting in the aromas and flavours remaining bold even after 10 re-brews using boiling water. 

The tea will start with crisp, fruity flavours and slowly transform into crunchy almond and vanilla chocolate. A tea that welcomes you to the warmth and hopefulness of spring.

Following the ancient philosophy of making tea in tune with season, each spring when the cherry blossom trees start to bloom, we wait for the flowers to naturally fall and diffuse them with Master's Red, making it a unique batch that celebrates the impermanent beauty of nature.

    Magical tea

    A stunning fusion of minerality, red fruit and delicate sweetness from the cherry blossom. Unlike many confected cherry blossom teas, with this one no one flavour predominates. The vineous fruit of the red tea is balanced by rocky, savouriness. There’s a dark cherry aroma and flavour as the infusions go on, without losing the light cherry sprinkling, like icing sugar, from the blossom. Beautiful, and recommended as a very successful blending.
