Shipping Policy

Processing & Handling

  1. Our orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and handled by our tea house family in Guizhou, China.

  2. All orders are sent confirmation emails upon successful verification of the transaction, and again once the order has been fulfilled and left our tea house.

  3. Changes to the order or its delivery details may be requested only before their fulfilment by our handling team by contacting support@grasspeopletree.com 

  4. Please note that once your order has left our tea house, we cannot make any changes to its contents or shipping details. We cannot issue refunds for missed or non-delivered orders due to errors in the provided address or content modification requests made after the order has been fulfilled.

  5. Customs, duties and taxes are included in our service. However, on rare occasions when you are asked to pay additional fees by the courier or due to local regulations, these charges fall beyond the scope of our business. They, therefore, cannot be assumed by us nor act as a basis for refunds.

Oceania countries via China Post: 3-10 days.

China, Hong Kong, Macao & Taiwan via Shun Feng: 2-5 days.

Rest of Southeast Asia & Central Asia via China Post: 3-10 days.

European Union / European Economic Area via China Post: 3-8 days.

United Kingdom via China Post: 3-8 days.

US & Canada visa USPS: 3-8 days.

Middle East via China Post: 5-10 days.

Middle East via China Post: 5-10 days.

South America via China Post: 7-18 days.

Rest of the World  7-18 days.


Please note that shipping costs are subject to change based on international affairs and fluctuation in petrol prices, the most accurate is shown on the shipping calculator during the check-out process.
