都匀特色傳統工藝 綠茶

Duyun Special Traditional Green Tea | Limited Seasonal Batch

A green tea by its roots, yet with the character of a modern Oolong. We're pleased to share this unique seasonal batch, once featured in our Subscription Box, crafted by Master Yang from abandoned indigenous tea trees cultivated in the early 1970s.

Upon your first sip, you may be reminded of a Shui Xian Oolong, with its intensely floral aroma and refreshing mouthfeel. After a couple more infusions, the light oxidation reveals layers akin to a traditional Yellow tea, with a lingering sweetness that deepens into notes of dark, caramelised nuts. As you continue to brew, the tea unveils subtle nuances, offering hints of honeysuckle and green apple unique to these indigenous trees.

We love this tea not just for its generous tapestry of flavours and fragrances, but also for its gentle, uplifting energy—perfect for a late-morning or mid-afternoon pick-me-up. We particularly appreciate its quiet persuasiveness in inviting us to step away from the busyness of the day and embrace a moment of calm and mellowness.

Recommended to be brewed hot or cold, with no bitterness.

    Floral, deep sweetness.

Spectacular floral aroma on first contact with water, followed by fresh apple peel, developing into warming grassiness & finally deep sweetness.
