林老師傳統工藝 樱花紅茶

A seasonal Chinese red tea that carries the warmth and renewal of spring.

This 2025 batch was crafted with cherry blossoms harvested next to the ancient tea trees of Pan Yin Mountain in Guizhou, China — where spring’s first blooms meet the strength of deep roots. Using traditional Living Tea craftsmanship — free from flavour additives or industrial heating — the tea retains its natural fragrance and bold character through many infusions. True to our standard, its aroma and flavour reveal slowly and remain vivid throughout ten re-brews.

Our cherry blossom blending follows a slow, traditional process passed down through generations. Fresh blossoms are layered with finished red tea leaves under gentle warmth, allowing the flower’s natural oils and fragrance to gradually merge with the tea. A final low-heat lift stabilises the aroma and locks in the flavour.

Unlike modern industrial blending — which often relies on artificial flavouring or high-temperature processing — this method allows the tea and blossoms to integrate naturally, creating a stable, enduring fragrance that deepens with every brew.

Flavour Profile
Bright and fruity at first, with subtle floral tones that evoke early spring air. As it opens, notes of toasted almond and vanilla chocolate emerge, carried by the smooth, malty body of Master’s Red. The finish is rounded and lingering, balancing freshness with warmth.

Following the ancient philosophy of making tea in tune with season, each spring when the cherry blossom trees start to bloom, we wait for the flowers to naturally fall and diffuse them with Master's Red, making it a unique batch that celebrates the impermanent beauty of nature.
