Tea Tasting: Grandma Rao's Guan Guan Cha

Behind each tea are untold stories of the people and their land. Join us for this special tasting event where we celebrate 100-year-old Grandma Rao and her family legacy: Guan Guan Cha. 

In this 60 minutes community event, we will explore together:

• Cultural significance of the indigenous Tai tea trees and the Gelao people
• What is Guan Guan Cha
• How Guan Guan Cha is made and why it doesn't sit in the category of any Chinese tea types.
• Notes on tasting and brewing.
• Sharing, Q&A & discussing.
